摘要
外语教师评价素养的提升,是教师专业发展的重要组成部分,对其自身职业的发展,对学生的培养,以及保证考试后效等至关重要。文章在论述评价素养的重要性和回顾相关研究的基础之上,从实践、理论和环境三个方面探讨了外语教师评价素养的发展路径。外语教师评价素养的提高依赖于教师自身的内部因素及学校和社会等外部因素。教师只有不断从理论层面提高理论评价素养,在实践层面积累评价知识、技能和能力,努力实现内外因素有效结合,才能进一步促进其专业化成长和发展。
The improvement of foreign language teachers’evaluation literacy is an important part of teachers’professional development,which is of great importance to their own professional development,to the cultivation of students,and to ensure the after-effect of examinations.Based on a discussion on the importance of evaluation literacy and a review of relevant studies,this paper probes into the development path of evaluation literacy of foreign language teachers from three aspects-practice,theory and environment.As stressed by the author of this paper,the improvement of foreign language teachers’evaluation literacy depends on the internal factors of the teachers themselves and such external factors as schools and society.Teachers can further promote their professional growth and development only by constantly improving their theoretical evaluation literacy,accumulating their evaluation knowledge,skills and abilities in practice,and making efforts to realize the effective combination of internal and external factors.
