文化自信视域下高校共青团大学生思想引领研究

On the Ideological Guidance of Communist Youth League for College Students from the Perspective of Cultural Confidence

大学生思想引领是高校共青团工作的重要使命,也是高校共青团全方位、全过程、全员育人的核心议题。随着信息技术普及使得网络社交成为大学生思想生活的重要方式,但其良莠不齐的多元文化思潮导致高校共青团大学生思想工作的不自信,如大学生思想本身“碎片化”、共青团工作“低效化”及引领方式“内卷化”等。究其根源,在于高校共青团大学生思想引领的文化不自信导致大学生思想不同程度的混乱。为此,需要以文化自信为中心,构建全方位大学生思想引领的机制,以增强高校共青团引领大学生思想发展的吸引力、疏导力、实践力。

The ideological guidance of college students is an important mission of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities,and is also the core issue of talent cultivation on the part of the Communist Youth League in an all-round manner covering the whole process and involving all students.With the popularization of information technology,network social communication has become an important way of college students’ideological life.However,the uneven multicultural trend of ideas has led to the lack of confidence in the ideological work of the Communist Youth League for college students,such as the“fragmentation”of college students’ideas,the“inefficiency”in the work of the Communist Youth League,and the“involution”of guidance methods.The root cause lies in the varying ideological confusion of college students caused by the lack of cultural confidence in the ideological guidance of college students on the part of the Communist Youth League.Therefore,it is necessary to build a comprehensive ideological guidance mechanism for college students with cultural self-confidence as the center,so as to enhance the attractiveness,guidance and practical power of the Communist Youth League in guiding the ideological development of college students.
