运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法等,梳理中国冰雪运动的功能演进特征,提出新时代我国冰雪运动的发展使命及践行方略。功能演进特征:服务人类生产生活的工具—融入现代体育文化的介质—突破封锁和外展形象的载体—休闲健身和大众娱乐的方式。我国冰雪运动在新时代的使命:着力于贯彻落实全民健身发展战略;致力于实现体育产业高质量发展;助力于提升中国竞技体育发展水平;服务于满足大众对美好新生活的向往。践行使命的方略:完善以冰雪运动为健身方式的供给体系;提升以冰雪运动为内容的产业化发展水平;构建以冰雪运动为载体的竞技体育发展新驱动;培育以冰雪运动为媒介的人民追求美好生活的新方式。

By using the methods of literature review,logical analysis and expert interview,this paper summarized the functional evolution characteristics of China's ice and snow sports,and put forward the development mission and practice strategy of China's ice and snow sports in the new era.The characteristics of function evolution are as follows:It is a tool to serve human production and life,a medium to integrate into modern sports culture,a carrier to break through the blockade and the image of outreach,and a way of leisure fi tness and public entertainment.The mission of China's ice and snow sports in the new era is as follows:We should focus on the implementation of the national fitness development strategy,achieve high-quality development of the sports industry,improve the development level of competitive sports in China,and serve to meet the public's yearning for a better new life.The strategies to fulfi l the mission include improving the supply system with ice and snow sports as the way of fitness,enhancing the level of industrialization with ice and snow sports as the content,building a new driving force for the development of competitive sports with ice and snow sports as the carrier,and cultivating a new way for people to pursue a better life with ice and snow sports as the media.
