我国体育扶贫经验与成果巩固策略

Experience and Consolidation Strategies of Poverty Alleviation Through Sports in China

采用文献资料法、访谈法等,从体育治理现代化视角解读我国体育扶贫的经验,探讨巩固体育扶贫成果的具体策略。我国体育扶贫的经验:建立了完整的体育扶贫体系,为助力脱贫攻坚提供了制度保障;采取了灵活多样的扶贫手段,为精准扶贫找到了体育路径;深化了体育扶贫的服务层次,为脱贫攻坚注入了内生动力。提出巩固策略:加强广度建设,完善更全面且更具反馈性的政策体系;加强效度建设,建立巩固成果更加得法的工作体系;加强深度建设,建立巩固成果同乡村振兴有效衔接的制度体系。

By using the methods of literature review and interview,this paper interpreted the experience of poverty alleviation through sports in China from the perspective of sports governance modernization and discussed the specifi c strategies to consolidate the achievement of sports poverty alleviation.The experience of China's sports poverty alleviation is as follows:China has established a complete sports poverty alleviation system which provides institutional guarantees for poverty alleviation,adopted flexible and diverse poverty alleviation measures and found a sports path for targeted poverty alleviation,deepened the service level of poverty alleviation through sports and injected endogenous impetus into poverty alleviation.This study put forward the consolidation strategies from following three aspects:We need to build a more comprehensive and responsive policy system to strengthen the construction of breadth;we need to establish a more law-based work system for results consolidate of poverty alleviation to strengthen the construction of validity;we need to consolidate the institutional system that effectively links the achievements of rural revitalization to enhance in-depth construction.
