Experience and Enlightenment of Japan Sports Association in Sports Governance

采用文献资料法等,回顾日本体育协会参与体育治理的历程,总结其成功经验,为我国体育社会组织参与体育治理提供借鉴。日本体育协会参与体育治理的主要经验:提高协会自治能力,更好地参与体育治理;以人为本,重视不同群体的多元体育需求;依托社区,培育和管理综合型地域俱乐部;培养专业人才,提供专业服务;培育体育少年团,推动青少年体育发展。对我国的启示:加强组织自身建设,提高治理能力;对接国家战略,满足多层次、多元化的体育需求;发挥自身优势,主动参与社区体育治理;加强专业人才培养,提升服务能力;依托社区、协同学校,助力青少年体育发展。

By using the method of literature review,this paper reviewed the history of Japan sports association's participation in sports governance,summarized its successful experience,and provided reference for sports social organizations to participate in sports governance in China.The main experience of Japan sports association in participating in sports governance is as follows:to improve the autonomous ability of association and better participate in sports governance;to put people fi rst and attach importance to the diverse sports needs of different groups;to cultivate and manage comprehensive regional clubs relying on the community;to train professionals and provide professional services;and to cultivate sports youth groups to promote the development of youth sports.The enlightenment to China:We should strengthen the organization self-construction and improve the governance ability,meet the needs of multi-level and diversifi ed sports through synergizing national strategies,play their own advantages and take the initiative to participate in community sports governance,strengthen professional personnel training and improve service ability,and support the development of youth sports by communities and schools.
