柔性制造实验室建设与设备管理分析

摘要 该文主要利用三菱工业机械手、西门子PLC、传感器、STM32、铝合金台架等搭建一间模拟实际生产的柔性制造综合实验室,以解决目前PLC实验、传感器实验、单片机实验和工业机器人实验的单一性及设备利用率低的问题。该综合实验室既增强了学生的综合实验能力,又将设备利用率提高了约四倍。该文还对其中的主要站点的传感器和模块进行了故障信息采集和分析,利用统计的方法,筛查故障率高的配件,从而更精准地为设备选购备用配件,可降低两倍采购配件频率,也避免了盲目选购备用配件,浪费资源。 This article is designed mainly to set up a flexible manufacturing comprehensive laboratory which uses Mitsubishi industrial manipulator,Siemens PLC,sensor,STM32,aluminum alloy and so on.The purpose of this design is to solve the problem of low rate of equipment utilization in PLC lab,sensor lab,micro-controller lab and industrial robot lab.The comprehensive laboratory can not only enhance the students’comprehensive experimental ability,but also increase the equipment utilization rate by four times.This article collects and analyze the fault information of the sensor and module of the main site,and uses statistical method to know which part having high failure rate.Using the previous method,people can purchase spare parts for the equipment more accurately,reduce the frequency of purchasing parts by twice,and also avoid the blind purchase of spare parts as well as the waste of resources.
