摘要 针对企业采购管理中不能及时更新物资数据,无法实时统计当前物资库存情况,无法有效地跟踪企业物资和采购经费流向等问题,设计并研发了物资采购管理系统。通过梳理物资采购的主要工作流程与需求,采用轻量化的SpringBoot框架设计了物资采购管理系统,实现了物资管理、采购申请、项目管理、出入库申请等功能。该系统已应用在多个企业项目中,工程应用实践表明,系统结构合理、业务处理流程清晰,能够有效地提高企业采购的管理水平和效率。 In traditional material procurement management,the company usually can neither update material data in time,nor can count the current material inventory in real time,also,it may not effectively track the flow of company materials and procurement funds.To solve the above problems,a material procurement management system has been designed and developed.By sorting out the main work processes and requirements of the system,the material procurement management system is designed with the lightweight SpringBoot framework,which realizes the functions of material management,purchasing requisition,project management,and in-out stock application.The system has been utilized in many enterprise projects.The engineering application shows that the system structure is reasonable and the business process is clear,and it can effectively improve the management level and efficiency of the enterprise procurement.
