摘要 为解决现有城市泵站人工值守模式的弊端以及顺应智慧城市智能、互联、高效的建设理念,文中融合GIS地理信息、4G通信、智能仪表、视频监控、门禁安防、自动化控制等多种技术,研究设计了一套基于ARM和PLC的无人值守城市泵站监控系统,实现了城市泵站的远程实时监控、智能预警及高效管理。经在沈阳铁西经济技术开发区17个泵站的实际应用,该系统有效提升了城市泵站运维的可靠性与智能性,实现了城市泵站的无人值守,具有很高的经济效益与社会效益,是智慧城市建设的一个重要组成部分。 In order to solve the shortcomings of manual duty modeand in urban pumping station and agree with the concept of intelligence and interconnection in smart city,the paper based on PLC and ARM design a set of monitoring system of unattended urban pumping station which is integrated with GIS geographical information technology,the fourth generation of communications technology,intelligent instrument,video monitoring,access control technology and automatic control technology.The system has realized the remote real-time monitoring,intelligent warning and efficient management of the urban pumping station.Through the practical application of 17 pumping stations in Tiexi economic-technological development area of Shenyang,the system has effectively improved the reliability and intelligence of urban pumping station operation,and realized the unattended operation of urban pumping station.The ststem has high economic and social benefits,and is an important component of the construction of smart city.
