胚胎干细胞移植治疗缺血性心脏病研究的进展 被引量:1

摘要 缺血性心脏病(IHD)会导致心脏功能细胞凋亡、心肌间质重构,逐渐发展为难以控制的缺血性心力衰竭(HF),最终导致死亡。目前难治性HF最好的治疗方法是心脏移植。近年来,关于干细胞在再生潜能治疗和HF预防中作用的探讨逐渐深入,胚胎干细胞(ESC)移植有望成为治疗IHD最理想的方法之一。本文就ESC移植治疗缺血性心脏病研究的进展作一综述。 Ischemic heart disease(IHD)can cause cardiac function cell apoptosis,myocardial interstitial remodeling,and gradually develop into uncontrollable ischemic heart failure(HF),which eventually leads to death.Currently,the best treatment for refractory HF is heart transplantation.In recent years,exploration on role of stem cells in regenerative potential treatment and HF prevention gradually deepened,and embryonic stem cell(ESC)transplantation is expected to be one of the most ideal therapies for IHD.The present article makes a review on research progress of ESC transplantation in treatment of IHD.
