摘要
某320t/h循环流化床(CFB)锅炉低负荷时炉内脱硫用石灰石量大、脱硫效率偏低,为解决该问题,对布风板流化均匀性、石灰石粒度、锅炉运行风量配比等进行了研究。研究结果表明,通过改进布风板结构提高流化均匀性、选择合适粒度的石灰石、配风优化调整等措施,有效提高了锅炉低负荷炉内石灰石脱硫效率。
A 320 t/h circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler uses a large amount of limestone and has low desulfurization efficiency at low load.In order to solve this problem,the fluidization uniformity of air distributor,limestone particle size,and the air volume ratio of boiler operation were studied.The results show that by improving the structure of air distributor to improve the fluidization uniformity and selecting limestone with appropriate particle size,The desulfurization efficiency of boiler at low load is improved.
