本文在对美国FAR139号修正案适航标准翻译研究的基础上,与国内现行有效的CCAR-25-R4版相关条款内容进行了差异性对比分析,对FAR139号修正案的最新要求进行了重点解读,提出了国内大型运输类飞机满足该修正案要求的相关设计建议,供飞机设计制造厂商设计研制时参考。

Based on the research on the translation of the airworthiness standard of FAR 139 amendment,this article compares and analyzes the differences with the relevant provisions of the current effective CCAR-25-R4 version in China,and focuses on the interpretation of latest requirements of FAR 139 amendment,and put forward relevant design suggestions for domestic large-scale transportation aircraft to meet the requirements of the amendment,for reference by aircraft design manufacturers during design and development.
