特高压换流变阀侧绝缘性能试验成套设备研发

摘要 针对昌吉换流站高端换流变阀外施交流耐压及局放试验的特点研发了一套特高压换流变阀侧绝缘性能试验设备,由高压谐振电抗器、交流分压器等组成。其中电抗器和分压器集成为单柱式共塔结构。通过仿真计算验证了该整套设备的稳定性和可靠性。同时基于装置参数选取的基础上开展了整套装置一体化、兼容性、无局放等优化结构设计。另外,自主研发了固定电感式分压测压系统和气囊式金属鳞片状均压罩。开展了4000m海拔,1500kV电压下共塔结构电场分布模拟计算。 Aiming at the characteristics of the external AC withstand voltage and partial discharge test ofthe high-end converter transformer valve of Changji converter station,a set of insulation performance testequipment on the side of the UHV converter transformer valve has been developed.It is composed of highvoltage resonant reactor,AC voltage divider,etc.The reactor and the voltage divider are integrated intoa single-column common tower structure.The stability and reliability of the whole set of equipment areverified by simulation calculation.At the same time,based on the selection of device parameters,the optimizedstructure design of the whole set of device integration,compatibility,and no partial discharge was carriedout.In addition,it has independently developed a fixed inductive partial pressure measuring system and anairbag-type metal scale pressure equalizing cover.A simulation calculation of the electric field distribution ofa common tower structure at an altitude of 4000m and a voltage of 1500kV was carried out.
