摘要
水力振荡器是解决托压问题的主要方法之一。传统的水力振荡器由于其动阀与定阀盘是端面接触,导致磨损现象严重,是导致水力振荡器寿命低的主要原因之一。本文基于一种滑阀结构提出了一种新型滑阀式水力振荡器结构,对其进行相关结构的设计,并对其进行脉冲压力波形进行分析,得到该水力振荡器的脉冲范围为0.237~6.93MPa,具有较为良好的降摩减阻效果。
Hydraulic oscillator is one of the main methods to solve the problem of supporting pressure.The traditional hydraulic oscillator is one of the main reasons for the low life of the hydraulic oscillator due to the serious wear phenomenon caused by the contact between the moving valve and the fixed valve plate.In this paper,a new type of slide valve hydraulic oscillator is proposed,and its pulse pressure waveform is analyzed.The pulse range of the hydraulic oscillator is 0.237~6.93mpa,which has good effect of reducing friction and drag.
