摘要
碳纤维加固材料是各类建筑维修加固补强的常用材料之一。碳纤维加固材料的生产工艺及种类繁多,对施工环境和施工的工法存在一些特殊的要求,同时受力方式与一般的各向同性材料有较大区别。本文分析了我国碳纤维原丝及碳纤维加固材料的生产情况,对比了国外相关产品的力学性能并分析了相关应用现状,对我国碳纤维加固材料的材料水平及加固应用水平进行评价。另外对比了国外碳纤维加固材料应用及相关规范发展,提出了我国碳纤维加固材料的发展前景。
Carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)is one of the commonly used materials for building maintenance and reinforcement.The production technology and variety of carbon fiber reinforced materials are various,there are some special requirements for the construction environment and construction method,and the stress mode is quite different from the general isotropic materials.This paper analyzes the production situation of carbon fiber precursor and carbon fiber reinforced materials in China,compares the mechanical properties of foreign related products,analyzes the related application status,and evaluates the material level and reinforcement application level of carbon fiber reinforced materials in China.In addition,the application of carbon fiber reinforcement materials abroad and the development of relevant specifications are compared,and the development prospect of carbon fiber reinforcement materials in China is put forward.
