摘要 低碳经济的快速发展对我国现阶段的环境保护与监测工作提出了更高的要求,相关工作要想真正做好的难度也越来越大,所以,在进行环境监测与保护的相关工作中,我们应充分认识到低碳约束下的具体要求,积极应对当前形势,不断提升环境监测与保护工作的技术水平,保护好我们赖以生存的生态环境,促进我国低碳经济的良性发展。本文从低碳约束下对环境监测与保护工作的具体要求及低碳约束下的环境监测与保护关键技术两个方面探讨了如何做好低碳约束下的环境监测与保护工作。 The rapid development of low-carbon economy puts forward higher requirements for environmental protection and monitoring at this stage in China,and it is more and more difficult for relevant work to do a good job.Therefore,in the related work of environmental monitoring and protection,we should fully realize the specific requirements under the low-carbon constraint,actively respond to the current situation,and constantly improve the environmental monitoring and protection work.To protect the ecological environment we rely on and promote the healthy development of low-carbon economy in China.This paper discusses how to do a good job of environmental monitoring and protection under low-carbon constraints from two aspects:the specific requirements of environmental monitoring and protection under low-carbon constraints and the key technologies of environmental monitoring and protection under low-carbon constraints.
