摘要
传统的土地利用动态调查方法费时费力,难以应对当下城市发展过程中遇到的各种土地规划与利用方面的问题。随着低空摄影测量技术的不断进步,以无人机为平台的遥感数据采集和处理系统正逐渐受到遥感与测绘行业的青睐。本文以无人机倾斜摄影测量技术为数据获取手段,研究利用DSM(DigitalSurface Model,DSM)数据获取城市土地利用变化信息,并进一步应用到城市土地利用动态监管工作中的方法,为解决城市建设过程中面临的土地资源利用监管方面的问题提供了较好的解决方案。
The traditional land use dynamic survey method is time-consuming and laborious,and it is difficult to deal with various land planning and utilization problems in the process of urban development.With the continuous progress of low altitude photogrammetry technology,remote sensing data acquisition and processing system based on UAV is gradually favored by the remote sensing and mapping industry.In this paper,UAV tilt photogrammetry technology as a means of data acquisition,the use of DSM(digital surface model,DSM)data to obtain urban land use change information,and further applied to the dynamic monitoring of urban land use methods,and provides a better solution to solve the problems of land resource utilization supervision in the process of urban construction.
