摘要
为研究EPC总承包单位项目建设过程中投控管理模式,本文以广水卷烟厂“十三五”技改项目为例,从成本管控、质量管控、进度管控三个方面分别对项目投资控制进行分析,项目的成本管控、质量管控、进度管控是投资控制影响三大要素,密不可分,相互作用,充分对之研究讨论以期获得良好的投控管理研究价值,对项目成本管控有一定实用价值的指导。
In order to study the investment and control management mode of the EPC general contractor’s project construction process,this article takes the Guangshui Cigarette Factory’s"13th Five-Year"technical transformation project as an example,and invests in the project from three aspects:cost control,quality control,and schedule control.Control analysis,project cost control,quality control,and schedule control are the three major elements of investment control.They are inseparable and interact with each other.Fully study and discuss them in order to obtain good investment control management research value,which has practical value guidance for project cost control.
