基于岗位胜任力的高职护理专业实践教学创新探索

Exploration on Practice Teaching Innovation of Nursing Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Post Competence

以我院护理专业为例,通过在护理专业课程基础护理学教学中进行教师团队、实践教学手段、实习前技能强化训练、实践教学信息化和实践教学考核改革创新。本文剖析了高职护理人才岗位胜任力,在此基础上设立了组建专家引领以及专兼结合等护理时间教学模式,同时,还构建了相对稳定的课程教学团队,充分挖掘学生潜能,将有特色的教学手段引入课堂、院校合作育人,依托护理技能强化训练缩短临床实习适应期、优化课程设计,服务岗位需求,此外,还需要提高对师资队伍建设的重视程度,将双师型教师素质的提高和考核评价体系的优化作为重点,实现真正的护理教学实践目的。

Taking the nursing specialty of our hospital as an example,the teaching team of teachers,practical teaching means,pre-practice skills strengthening training,practice teaching informatization and practice teaching assessment reform and innovation are carried out in the teaching of basic nursing of nursing specialty curriculum.This paper analyzes the post competence of nursing talents in higher vocational colleges and explores the innovative mode of practice teaching based on post competence,including expert team,combination between colleges,relatively stable teaching team,fully excavate students'potential,there will be a characteristic of teaching method is introduced into the classroom,colleges and universities cooperation,relying on the clinical practice in nursing skill intensive training to shorten the adaptation,optimization of curriculum design,service post demand,strengthen the relevant professional teachers team construction,improve the double assessment of teachers'quality and optimize the multiple evaluation system,and cultivate the students'professional ability and professional quality,improve the quality of teaching and talent training of nursing profession.
