医学生线上教学学习力测评与发展对策研究

摘要 通过问卷调查方式对医学生的线上学习力测评开展研究,并提出对应的发展策略。选取齐齐哈尔医学院2017级在线课程学习的学生作为研究对象,采取问卷调查方式,依据随机取样的原则,向2017级学生发放问卷400份,借助问卷星平台实现线上问卷发放、填写以及回收,线上填写完毕后即可提交,对收集的问卷进行筛选、统计和分析。总共获得有效问卷389份,有效回收率为97.25%。根据问卷回收的结果来看,医学生的学习互惠力评分(3.76)最高,往后依次为学习认知力(3.664),学习转化力(3.538)、学习顺应力(3.47);学习驱动力最低(3.37)。医学生线上学习的顺应力和驱动力较低,以此为着眼点进行分析并提出有效的发展对策,能够有效提高学生线上学习的效率。 To study online learning ability assessment of medical students through questionnaire survey,and put forward corresponding development strategies.This paper selects the students of online course in Qiqihar Medical College of 2017 as the research object,adopts the method of questionnaire survey,and according to the principle of random sampling,distributes 400 questionnaires to the students of 2017.With the help of the questionnaire star platform,the online questionnaires are distributed,filled in and recycled.After online filling and writing,they can be submitted,and the collected questionnaires are screened,counted and analyzed A total of 389 valid questionnaires were obtained,and the effective recovery rate was 97.25%.According to the questionnaire results,the medical students'learning reciprocity score(3.76)was the highest,followed by learning cognition(3.664),learning transformation(3.538)and learning resilience(3.47).The learning drive was lowest(3.37).The adaptability and driving force of medical students'online learning are low,and the effective development countermeasures are proposed from this point of view,which can effectively improve the efficiency of students'online learning.
