探讨外科急腹症教学中采用角色扮演法的教学效果

摘要 对外科急腹症教学中史实角色扮演法的教学效果进行分析。将2019年5月—2020年5月参与我校外科急腹症教学的120名学生作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组及对照组,每个组60名。其中,观察组的学生实施角色扮演教学法,而对照组学生实施传统教学法,分析两组学生最终学习效果。观察组学生的技能评分以及理论知识评分相关数据均优于对照组,且差异明显,P<0.05。两种教学法进行比较,所有学生均偏向于角色扮演教学,认为该方法能够获得更多知识。观察组学生中,对角色扮演满意的有50名,一般的10名,学生满意度100.00%(60/60);对照组学生对教学方式满意的有30名,一般的有15名,不满意有15名,学生满意度为75.00%(45/60),两组数据差异明显,P<0.05。在外科急腹症教学当中使用角色扮演的方式引导学生,能在很大程度上提高学生的理论知识以及技能水平,并获得学生的认可,建议推广使用。 To analyze the teaching effect of role playing method of historical facts in the teaching of surgical acute abdomen.120 students who participated in the teaching of surgical acute abdomen in our school from May 2019 to may 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 students in each group.Among them,the observation group of students to implement the role-playing teaching method,while the control group of students to implement the traditional teaching method,analyze the final learning effect of the two groups of students.The skill score and theoretical knowledge score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Compared with the two teaching methods,all students prefer role-playing teaching and think that this method can gain more knowledge.In the observation group,50 students were satisfied with the role play,10 were general,and 100.00%(60/60)were satisfied with the role play;30 students in the control group were satisfied with the teaching method,15 were generally satisfied,15 were not satisfied,and the student satisfaction was 75.00%(45/60),the difference between the two groups was obvious,P<0.05.The use of role-playing in the teaching of surgical acute abdomen can greatly improve the students'theoretical knowledge and skills,and obtain the recognition of students.It is recommended to use it in high esteem.
