基于知识图谱的人才服务研究--以南京江北自贸区为例

Research on Talent Service Based on Knowledge Graph—Take Jiangbei Free Trade Zone in Nanjing as an Instance

本文立足于南京江北自贸区在芯片产业上的痛点-人工智能芯片,在招聘方法的基础上,提出一种基于数据挖掘、文本主题提取、文本聚类分析等技术实现寻找、匹配合适人才的新模型:技术-专家模型。企业通过技术关键词可以直接查询对应人才的相关信息,通过知识图谱使技术-专家模型可视化,通过构建网站实现人才与企业双向匹配,从而更好地开展人才服务。

This article takes the shortfalls of chip industry in Jiangbei New Area:artificial intelligence chip,as an example.On the basis of the previous recruitment methods,this project proposes a new method to find talents with data mining,text subject extraction and text cluster analysis to establish technology—expert model.Enterprises can directly find professional talents who are good at the technology by technical keywords.The Knowledge Graph is established to visualize the model.In addition,we will establish a talent service website with the functions of retrieval and data analysis to realize the bidirectional matching between enterprises and professional talents so as to improve the level of talent services.
