区块链技术在档案管理中的应用研究——以国外经验为例

区块链技术是一种分布式记账技术,其核心是去中心化。这种特征使它内在的具备克服档案管理现存问题的潜力。本文通过介绍爱沙尼亚、加拿大、美国、英国在区块链档案管理项目上的落地实践项目,希望能够对我国这方面的应用有所启发。不过,区块链+档案管理仍然存在一些潜在问题,以目前的经验来看并不具有相对于传统方案的替代能力,需要进一步跟进各地实践经验,并加强理论研究。

Blockchain technology is a distributed ledger technology with decentralization at its core.This characteristic gives it the potential to overcome the existing problems of archives management.This paper introduces the implementation of blockchain archive management projects in Estonia,Canada,the United States and the United Kingdom,hoping to inspire further application in China.However,there are still some potential problems in Blockchain+archive management.According to the current experience,it does not have the ability to replace traditional solutions of archive management.Therefore,it is necessary to further follow up the practical experience of various places and strengthen theoretical research.
