摘要
太空金属碎片需要先被减旋,才能进行回收或销毁。对捕捉金属碎片的无接触式减旋机构的工作原理进行了理论分析,以数学模型为基础,有限元计算为辅助,对其结构参数影响和集肤效应进行了对比研究。结合被捕捉目标自身属性,设计了一种非接触式双轭圆环式线圈减旋机构,仿真分析结果证明了该减旋机构的减旋效率高。
The metal fragments in space need to be reduced before they can be recycled or destroyed.The working principle of the non-contact derotation mechanism to metal fragments was analyzed.Based on the mathematical model,with the aid of finite element calculation,the influence of its structural parameters and the skin effect were compared.A non-contact double yoke toroidal coil reduction mechanism was designed based on the properties of the captured target.The simulation analysis results proved that the reduction effect is good.
