新时代对构建野生动植物保护新格局的思考

Thoughts on construct of a new pattern of wildlife conservation in new era

本文从野生动植物生态定位、经济定位、国际定位三个方面分析阐述了野生动植物保护的重大意义,从国内、国际两个方面分析了当前面临的国内需求转型、国际保护压力增加等复杂形势,提出了保护和发展矛盾依然存在,栖息地破坏、野生动植物非法贸易、人类掠夺性利用等依然是野生动植物遭受破坏并致危的主要原因。以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,坚持问题导向,运用马克思主义的立场、观点和方法多维度去分析和思考,提出立足国内,坚持人民立场做好自己的事,放眼全球,积极推进大国外交战略,推动构建人类命运共同体取得新进展,促进人与自然和谐共生现代化的主张。

Based on analysis ecological orientation,economic orientation and international orientation in wildlife,we were not only expounded the significance of wildlife conservation,but analysis complex situation of domestic demands transformation and increasing international protection pressure as well,we suggest that the contradiction between wildlife protection and local economy development still exists.The mainly influence factors in wildlife destruction and endangerment were habitat destruction,illegal wildlife trade and predatory exploitation and so on.Guide by Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,adhere to the problem-based,using basic principle,viewpoint and method of Marxism,analysis and thinking among multi dimensions,we proposed that do our own work based on people position in domestic,focus on globally,actively promote major country diplomatic strategy,promote the community with a shared future for mankind,promote the modernization proposal on harmonious coexistence between man and nature.
