习近平生态文明思想是发展文化旅游产业的理论基础,如果说“生态”是“绿水青山”,那么“旅游”无疑就是未来发展的“金山银山”。大兴安岭有大界江、大冰雪、大北极,旅游资源极为丰富,为文化旅游业提供了广阔的市场和发展空间。大兴安岭十八站林业局历史文化资源丰富、民族文化资源独特、域地理位置优越,发展文化旅游产业优势明显。但从林区普遍看,旅游规划、基础设施建设、文化内涵丰富、管理方式转变等方面都有提升空间,真正实现文化旅游产业高质量发展还需要一个过程。林业企业发展文化旅游产业,要发挥优势,补齐短板,打好生态牌、文化牌。要坚持策划先行,以文旅发展需求为导向,科学规划。要加大对历史和文化资源研究的力度,继续打造有影响力的文化产业品牌,以十八站林业局为例,全力打造驿站生态文化品牌,挖掘远古文化,围绕民俗文化大做文章,发挥好独特的界江文化优势。要持续完善综合服务体系,加大文化旅游的宣传力度,为文化旅游产业发展提供有力保证。

Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization is the theoretical basis for the development of cultural tourism industry.If“ecology”means“green water and green mountains”,then“tourism”is undoubtedly the“golden hill and silver hill”for future development.The Daxing’anling has the Dajie River,the Great Ice and Snow,and the Great North Pole.It is rich in tourism resources,providing a broad market and space for the development of cultural tourism.The 18 Daxing’anling Forestry Bureau is rich in historical and cultural resources,unique ethnic cultural resources,advantageous geographical location,and obvious advantages in the development of cultural tourism industry.However,generally speaking,there is room for improvement in tourism planning,infrastructure construction,rich cultural connotation and management mode transformation in the forest areas.It will take a long time for the high-quality development of the cultural tourism industry to be truly realized.Forestry enterprises to develop cultural tourism industry,to give play to its advantages,make up for its shortcomings,play a good ecological card,cultural card.We should adhere to planning first,take the development needs of cultural tourism as the guidance,and make scientific planning.It is necessary to strengthen the research on historical and cultural resources,and continue to build an influential brand of cultural industry.Taking Shizhan Forestry Bureau as an example,it is necessary to try its best to build an ecological culture brand of Yi Station,excavate ancient culture,make a big deal of articles around folk culture,and give full play to the unique cultural advantages of Jiejiang River.We should continue to improve the comprehensive service system,increase the propaganda of cultural tourism,and provide a strong guarantee for the development of cultural tourism industry.
