摘要
本研究从现代林业建设出发,提出“都市型林业职工”的概念,认为林业行业定位不清楚、体制不健全以及机制不通畅等因素影响其队伍建设,建议通过多措并举夯实都市林业发展基础,积极争取行业职工特殊政策,大胆提倡都市型林业行业发展道路等举措来加强都市型林业职工队伍建设,为大都市的林业行业可持续发展提供借鉴。
Starting from the construction of modern forestry,this research puts forward the concept of"urban forestry staff".It believes that factors such as unclear positioning,imperfect systems and unsound mechanisms affect its team building.It is recommended to take multiple measures to consolidate the foundation of urban forestry development and actively strive for it.Special policies for industry employees,boldly advocate the development of urban forestry industry and other measures to strengthen the construction of the urban forestry workforce,and provide a reference for the sustainable development of the forestry industry in metropolises.
