摘要
应用型大学“双师型”教师是同时具备高水平理论知识与实践操作能力的专业教师,然而目前,很多应用型大学由于对“双师型”教师的认知不明确等原因,导致在“双师型”教师培养过程中存在一系列问题。针对这些问题提出科学、合理的应用型大学“双师型”教师培养路径:建设好1个“线上+线下”教师专业发展中心、制订好4项发展规划、搭建好6类成长平台、培养好8项能力。
"Double-qualified"teachers in applied universities are professional teachers with high-level theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability.However,at present,many applied universities have a series of problems in the training of"double-qualified"teachers due to the unclear cognition of"double-qualified"teachers and other reasons.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward a scientific and reasonable training path for"double-qualified"teachers in applied universities,including the construction of an"online+offline"teacher professional development center,the formulation of four development plans,the construction of six types of growth platform,and the cultivation of eight kinds of ability.
