2020年新冠疫情中的赤山禅院与泰山府君信仰活动

Sekizan Zen-in Temple and Taishan-Fujun’s Worships and related Religions Activities

赤山禅院位于京都东北角,作为皇城表鬼门,被认为可以镇守和保护京城。其本尊赤山大明神,是我国东岳泰山之神,泰山府君。泰山府君在中国被视为道教之神,而到了日本之后,先是作为阴阳道的祖神,活跃于日本的历史上。随着佛教在日本民间的广泛传播,泰山府君又成为佛教之神。自2020年2月发现新冠肺炎感染病例至今,京都府共发出了两次紧急事态宣言。期间,市民自觉减少外出,团体活动或中止或延期。赤山禅院也曾挂出“登门自肃”的牌子,委婉地拒绝参观,并一度取消例行的重要活动。2020年10月和11月,赤山禅院照常举行的泰山府君缘日讲和赤山大明神缘日御加持,反映了泰山府君信仰在日本的佛教化,及其在疫情时期的日本民间所起到的精神寄托作用。

Sekizan Zen-in is lacated at the northeast corner of Kyoto City,and as imperial city's front spirit gate called Omote Kimon,it has been worshipped as the temple to protect citizen from bad luck coming through the gate.The principal deity,Sekizan Daimyojin,is the god of Mt.Taishan,Taishan-Fujun.Taishan-Fujun is looked as the god of Taoism,but in Japan,Taishan-Fujun was the god of Onmyodo at first.With Buddhism has become popular rapidly,Taishan-Fujun has become the god of Buddhism.From 2020 February appeared the first case of infection of Covid-19,Kyoto has issued emergence state two times.During emergence state,citizens stay at home consciously,collective activity has to cancel or postpone.Sekizan Zen-in once called for not to pay a visit and cancelled routine activities.Through Taishan-Fujun Ennitsi kou and Sekizan Daimyojin gokaji in 2020 October and November,we can see the worship of Taishan-Fujun is still merged into Buddhism even today,and can see it can relieve stress of people during pandemic period.
