Primary school Chinese teaching under the new curriculum concept needs to focus on comprehensively improving students’ Chinese literacy, better grasp the characteristics of Chinese education and teaching, and guide students to conduct independent, cooperative, and inquiring learning, and build a relaxed, happy and energetic Chinese classroom. This article mainly combines the new curriculum concept and analyzes the design concept of elementary school Chinese teaching, including the use of rich resources to introduce excitement, guide the display of self to form a dialogue classroom, guide and analyze emotions to form an insight classroom, and expand the scope of learning to arrange practical tasks. Primary school Chinese teachers can effectively implement the above teaching strategies according to the actual teaching situation, thereby improving the teaching effect of Chinese courses.
