在本文中,笔者以落实国家课程标准提升学生核心素养为纲,立足学生发展需求,结合校本实际,通过创建"7连环"教研、开展课程整合创新实践,在强化教师队伍建设、优化教学改革、提高教学质量等方面取得显著成效,使所有学生通过在校学习扎实掌握美术知识技能和社会实践应用能力,接受到公平而有质量的教育,形成"校校有特色,生生有特长"的发展格局,为教育发展起到较好的作用。

In this article,the author takes the implementation of the national curriculum standards to improve the core literacy of students as the guideline,based on the development needs of students,combined with the school-based reality,through the creation of"7-chain"teaching and research,and the implementation of curriculum integration innovation practices,strengthening the construction of the teaching team,optimizing teaching reform,and improving teaching quality Significant results have been achieved in this aspect,so that all students can receive fair and quality education through solid mastery of art knowledge and skills and social practice application abilities through studying in school,forming a development pattern of"schools and schools with unique characteristics,students and students with specialties",which is the development of education,play a better role.
