Review of Research on Marine Emerging Industries

海洋新兴产业是以海洋高新技术为基础的产业,其培育和发展应主要依靠技术及创新驱动,但目前我国海洋战略性新兴产业的发展却创新不足。海洋新兴产业的相关研究主要集中于海洋新兴产业的概念内涵、产业特征、技术创新、产业布局等方面。总体来看,现有文献对海洋新兴产业的市场前景、发展现状和问题的研究认识较为一致;通过创新促进海洋新兴产业高端化发展已成为新兴产业研究领域的基本共识。但目前研究主要以定性描述与政策探索为主,对创新驱动等内生要素的关注有待加强,对我国海洋新兴产业创新驱动不足、布局亟待优化等发展问题缺乏深度透析。

The marine emerging industry is an industry based on marine high and new technology. Its cultivation and development should mainly rely on technology and innovation drive, but at present the development of China′ s marine strategic emerging industry innovation is insufficient. Relevant researches on marine emerging industries mainly focus on the concept connotation, industrial characteristics, technological innovation and industrial layout of marine emerging industries. In general, the existing literature has a relatively consistent understanding of the market prospect, development status and problems of the emerging marine industry. Promoting the high-end development of marine emerging industries through innovation has become a basic consensus in the field of emerging industries research. However, the research mainly focuses on qualitative description and policy exploration at present, and needs to pay more attention to endogenous factors such as innovation drivers. Moreover, it lacks in-depth analysis on the development problems of China′ s emerging marine industries such as insufficient innovation drivers and urgent optimization of distribution.
