含青刺果油和马齿苋提取物的润肤剂辅助治疗婴儿湿疹的临床观察

Assessment of the Efficacy of Moisturizer Containing Prinsepia Utilis Oil and Portulaca Oleracea Extract in the Adjuvant Treatment of Infantile Eczema

目的评价含青刺果油、马齿苋提取物的润肤剂辅助治疗婴儿湿疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法80例中度亚急性头面部婴儿湿疹患儿采用病例自身对照,治疗组(左侧)皮损外涂含青刺果油、马齿苋提取物的润肤剂联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏,对照组(右侧)皮损单独外涂丁酸氢化可的松乳膏。于第3、7、14天记录皮疹变化及EASI评分,比较两侧的评分、痊愈率、有效率,以及停止使用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏4周及8周后双侧的EASI评分、复发率及不良反应。结果观察第3、7、14、42、70天,两组的EASI评分平均值均明显降低,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗组2周有效率分别为92.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。停止外涂丁酸氢化可的松乳膏4周和8周后,两组复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察期内未发现明显不良反应。结论含青刺果油、马齿苋提取物的润肤剂对婴儿湿疹的治疗有良好的辅助作用,在维护皮肤屏障功能,延缓婴儿湿疹复发方面有一定的应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the moisturizer containing prinsepia utilis oil and portulaca extract in the adjuvant treatment of infantile eczema.Methods Eighty infants with sub-acute head and facial eczema were recruited as part of a self-controlled case series.For the treatment group,the moisturizer containing prinsepia utilis oil and portulaca extract combined with hydrocortisone butyrate ointment was applied to skin lesions(left side),while the application of hydrocortisone butyrate ointment alone was used on skin lesions(right side)for the control group.Changes and scores associated with the skin lesions were recorded on day 3,7 and 14 and the EASI score,recovery rate,and efficacy rate on both sides were compared.The EASI scores,recurrence rate and adverse reactions at 4 and 8 weeks after the termination of hydrocortisone butyrate cream were also compared.Results With regards to assessments carried out on day 3,7,14,42 and 70,the average EASI scores associated with the two groups were significantly reduced.Furthermore,the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the differences observed were statistically significant(P<0.05).The two-week efficacy rate associated with the treatment group was 92.50%,which were higher than control group(80.00%,P<0.05).After stopping the external application of hydrocortisone butyrate cream for 4 weeks and 8 weeks,the recurrence rates between the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Respectively,no obvious adverse reactions were found during the assessment period.Conclusion Winona ultra-rich nourishing cream for infants exhibited significant positive effects as an adjuvant treatment in infantile eczema.Its application is particularly useful with regards to maintaining skin barrier function and delaying the recurrence of infantile eczema.
