摘要 用液相共沉淀法制备了钼、锌离子同时掺杂铬酸铜黑色颜料,通过扫描电子显微镜观测其原始晶粒尺寸和结晶程度。调制与该色料匹配的环保玻璃熔块,使用温度为690-700℃,将该色料与熔块结合使用,呈现纯正的蓝相黑,同时有良好的遮盖力。再将两者与墨水溶剂、助剂一起磨制玻璃喷墨打印墨水,墨水在玻璃上烧制后,油墨层具有良好的黑度、光泽度、耐酸性、遮盖力。 Molybdenum and zinc ions doped copper chromate black pigment was prepared by liquid coprecipitation method.The original grain size and crystallinity were observed by scanning electron microscope.The environmental protection type frit matched with the pigment was prepared and used at 680-700℃.When the frit was used together with the pigment,the pure blue black could be obtained.It has strong covering power at the same time,the glass ink-jet printing ink was prepared by grinding the glass frit and pigment with ink solvent and auxiliary agent.After the ink is fired on glass,the ink layer has good blackness,glossiness,acid resistance and covering power.
