浅析产教融合对汽车类院校人才培养的应用

Analysis on the Application of the Integration of Production and Education to the Training of Talents in Automobile Colleges

当前,中国汽车类院校人才培养模式仍处于发展阶段,离产教融合的理想状态还很远,究其原因主要表现在合作模式单一、高校教材滞后、实训设备能力不足等,因此进一步推进产教融合,只有在校企融合一体化的发展方式下,汽车类院校和企业才能为中国汽车工业的发展提供高素质的专业技术人才,实现更加蓬勃向上的发展。

At present,the talent training model of China’s automobile colleges is still in the development stage,and it is far from the ideal state of integration of industry and education.The main reasons are the single cooperation mode,the lagging of teaching materials in colleges and universities,and the insufficient capacity of practical training equipment.The integration of production and education should be further promoted.Only under the development mode of school-enterprise integration,can automotive colleges and enterprises provide high-quality professional and technical personnel for the development of China’s automotive industry and achieve a more vigorous and upward development.
