摘要
随着我国经济与科技的不断发展,我国工业技术也得到了快速的发展,尤其是在焊接工艺技术中领域中,技术人员经过不断的开发研究已经优化了不锈钢焊接技术,极大地提高了工业生产的效率,推动了我国工业化发展的脚步。然而对于双相不锈钢焊接工艺来说,其在实际的应用过程中容易受到环境因素以及其他外界因素的影响,进而导致其出现焊接问题,影响最终的焊接成果。本文将从双相不锈钢焊接性能与特征、双相不锈钢焊接性问题产生的原因及控制策略两个方面进行相关论述,以供参考。
With the continuous development of China’s economy and technology,China’s industrial technology has also been rapidly developed,especially in the field of welding technology.After continuous development and research,technicians have optimized the stainless-steel welding technology and greatly improved the efficiency of industrial production,and promoted the pace of industrialization in our country.However,for the welding process of duplex stainless steel,it is susceptible to environmental factors and other external factors in the actual application process,which in turn leads to welding problems and affects the final welding results.This article will discuss the welding performance and characteristics of duplex stainless steel,the causes of duplex stainless-steel weldability,and control strategies for reference.
