玻璃导轨密封条尺寸公差对C柱接角开裂问题的影响

摘要 玻璃导轨密封条装车后C柱接角出现开裂问题。为了分析尺寸公差对C柱接角开裂的影响,根据导槽密封条B柱到C柱的测量点的标准公差,对缺陷件进行了尺寸测量,并对三种不同尺寸导槽密封条装车前后的C柱接角宽度测量。测量结果表明:缺陷件均为最小极限尺寸,装车后的C柱接角宽度拉伸了1mm,切割查看其接角缝有明显的裂纹,而完好件B柱到C柱的测量点尺寸为基本尺寸或最大极限尺寸,装车后的接角宽度无拉伸,接角缝无明显的裂纹。因此,B柱到C柱测量点的尺寸标准公差范围由626±1mm改为627±1mm,改善了尺寸公差对接角开裂的影响。 After the glass guide rail sealing strip is loaded,the C-pillar joint angle appears to be cracked.To analyze the influence of dimensional tolerances on the cracking of the C-pillar joint angle,according to the standard tolerances of the measurement points from the B-pillar to the C-pillar of the guide groove sealing strip,the size of the defective parts was measured,and the guide groove sealing strips of three different sizes were loaded into the car to measure the width of the front and rear C-pillars.The measurement results show that:the defective parts are all the minimum limit dimensions,the C-pillar joint angle width after loading is stretched by 1mm,and the joint corner seam is cut to see obvious cracks,and the measurement point size from the B-pillar to the C-pillar of the intact part is the basic size or the maximum limit size,and the joint corner width after loading is not stretched,and the joint corner joint has no obvious cracks.Therefore,the standard tolerance range of the size from the B-pillar to the C-pillar measuring point is changed from 626±1mm to 627±1mm,which improves the effect of the dimensional tolerance on the cracking of the joint angle.
