基于实车碰撞的ODB和MPDB试验的对比分析研究

Comparative analysis of ODB and MPDB test based on vehicle impact

针对新型的MPDB试验的车辆开发难点,本文对某款车型进行了ODB和MPDB试验,从碰撞波形可知传统的ODB试验比新型MPDB试验更加激烈。但驾驶员和驾驶员后排女性的损伤情况来看,MPDB在胸部评价上更加严苛,扣分更多。MPDB的兼容性评价指标,考查试验车辆对对方车辆的攻击性,试验车辆的兼容性评价指标偏高,具有较大的攻击性,容易罚分。本文为车辆的MPDB试验开发提供借鉴。

Due to the difficulty of vehicle development in new MPDB test,ODB and MPDB tests are carried out on a certain vehicle.From the impact waveform,it can be seen that the traditional ODB test is more intense than the new MPDB test.However,in terms of the injury of the driver and the female on the driver rear seat,MPDB is more severe in the chest evaluation with more points deducted.The compatibility evaluation index of MPDB is used to test the aggressiveness of the test vehicle to the other vehicle.The compatibility evaluation index of the test vehicle is on the high side,which is more aggressive and easy to be penalized.This paper provides a reference for vehicle MPDB test development.
