摘要
对汽车行业而言,汽车轻量化无论在提高汽车性能、实现汽车节能减排还是提高汽车安全性方面都起到重要的促进作用。在经济全球化发展的背景下,面临着突出的环保问题和资源紧缺问题,使得绿色节能是当前阶段企业工业发展的主要方向。要想实现企业工业环保、节约目标,必须在减少汽车重量的基础上不影响汽车使用质量,汽车轻量化的技术在当前是制约因素很少、具有较高可行性且比较节约的一种方式,而这一目标的实现与新材料的应用密不可分。本文首先分析汽车轻量化比较常见的几种材料,之后分析阻碍我国汽车轻量化新材料应用的因素,最后探讨新材料在汽车轻量化技术中的运用策略。
For the automotive industry,automotive lightweight plays an important role in improving automotive performance,achieving automotive energy saving and emission reduction,or improving automotive safety.In the context of the development of economic globalization,facing outstanding environmental protection and resource shortage problems,green energy conservation is the main direction of enterprise industrial development at the current stage.To achieve the industrial environmental protection and savinge goals of the enterprise,it is necessary to reduce the weight of the car without affecting the quality of the car.The lightweight technology of the car is currently a way with few restrictive factors,high feasibility and relative economy.The realization of this goal is inseparable from the application of new materials.This article first analyzes several common materials for automobile lightweight,then analyzes the factors that hinder the application of new materials for automobile lightweight in China,and finally discusses the application strategies of new materials in automobile lightweight technology.
