摘要
灰分是颗粒物捕集器(DPF)捕集的微粒物经再生氧化燃烧后残留的不可燃物质,灰分沉积会影响DPF性能与使用寿命。本研究基于便携式排放测试系统,研究了新鲜态DPF与累积一定灰分的DPF对重型柴油车PN排放的影响。研究表明,与新鲜态DPF相比,累积一定灰分的DPF能够有效减少柴油车PN排放。研究结果对DPF性能优化与减少柴油车PN排放具有参考价值和现实意义。
Ash is a kind of non combustible material after regeneration,oxidation and combustion of particulate matter captured by DPF.Ash deposition will affect the performance and service life of DPF.Based on portable emission test system,the effects of fresh DPF and DPF with certain ash content on PN emission of heavy duty diesel vehicles were studied.The results show that compared with fresh DPF,DPF with a certain ash content can effectively reduce the PN emission of diesel vehicles.The research results have reference value and practical significance for DPF performance optimization and reducing diesel vehicle PN emissions.
