摘要 根据国家对教育改革提出的新任务及新时代对公民素质提出的新要求,社会需要的是具有创新精神和实践能力的创新型、复合型人才,而传统教师讲学生只听的教学方式培养出来的学生已不能满足时代的要求,尤其是对于职业院校来说,培养出来的学生大多数要直接走入工作岗位,那么教师的教授与培养直接影响到他们对社会的贡献以及对自身的工作定位。故本文从中职《汽车构造》专业课教学的角度,来阐述学生小组课堂互动与课外互助的这种创新教学模式。 According to the new tasks proposed by the country for education reform and the new requirements for the quality of citizens in the new era,what society needs is innovative and compound talents with innovative spirit and practical ability,while traditional teachers teach students only to listen to the teaching method.The students trained can no longer meet the requirements of the times.Especially for vocational colleges,most of the students trained have to go directly to work.Then the teaching and training of teachers directly affects their contribution to society and to their job positioning.Therefore,this article expounds this innovative teaching model of student group classroom interaction and extracurricular mutual assistance from the perspective of the professional course teaching of"Automobile Construction"in secondary vocational schools.
