摘要
我国中职教育发展迅速,国家对中职教育也格外关注,为了能够完善中职的教育体系,适应时代的发展,我国也正在大力推广“同课异构”,根据不同教师的教学方式和不同学生的特性建立不同的教学方式。中职教育不仅需要培养学生的理论知识,更需要培养学生的实践能力,而在众多中职课程中,维修电工的实训教学由于其复杂性和特殊性,操作系统以及训练课程就相比较困难一些,所遇到的困难也比较多一些,学生面对传统的教学模式会产生抵触感和厌倦感。因此“同课异构”这一教学模式在中职维修电工的实训教学中就显得特别重要,如何激发学生的实训热情,提升学生的实操能力是现在中职维修电工实训教学最需要突破的一个问题。本文就“同课异构”在中职维修电工实训教学中实施步骤进行初步探究。
China’s secondary vocational education is developing rapidly,and the country is paying special attention to secondary vocational education.To improve the secondary vocational education system and adapt to the development of the times,China is also vigorously promoting"same class heterogeneity"according to different teachers’teaching methods to establish different teaching methods based on the characteristics of different students.Secondary vocational education not only needs to cultivate students’theoretical knowledge,but also their practical ability.Among many secondary vocational courses,maintenance electrician training teaching is more difficult due to its complexity and particularity,operating system and training courses.Some of them have more difficulties.Students will feel resistance and boredom in the face of traditional teaching methods.Therefore,the teaching mode of"same class and heterogeneous"is particularly important in the training and teaching of secondary vocational maintenance electricians.How to stimulate students’enthusiasm for training and improve students’practical ability is now the most important part of secondary vocational maintenance electrician training,which is a problem that needs to be broken through.This article makes a preliminary study on the implementation steps of"same class and heterogeneous"in the practice teaching of secondary vocational maintenance electricians.
