高职扩招背景下汽车运用与维修技术专业人才培养模式改革研究

Research on the Reform of Talent Training Model of Automobile Application and Maintenance Technology under the Background of Enrollment Expansion in Higher Vocational Education

高职扩招100万对高等职业教育的发展带来了重大机遇。当然也面临一些问题:如人才培养目标怎么定位、怎么教、教学模式怎么改、师资队伍怎么建,这些问题亟待解决。根据生源结构呈多元化特点,学情比较复杂,学生的需求也更加多样,为提高技术技能人才培养的针对性、适应性和实效性,本文提出了解决问题的办法,确保扩招后人才培养质量不降。

The enrollment expansion of 1 million in higher vocational education has brought major opportunities to the development of higher vocational education.Of course,there are also some problems:how to locate the goal of talent training,how to teach,how to change the teaching model,and how to build the teaching staff.These problems need to be solved urgently.According to the diversified characteristics of the student source structure,the more complex academic conditions,and the more diverse needs of students,to improve the pertinence,adaptability,and effectiveness of the training of technical skills talents,this article proposes solutions to problems to ensure the quality of talent training after the expansion.
