摘要
目前,汽车行业广泛采用精密齿轮测量仪对汽车变速箱齿轮精度进行测量,在测量过程中进行工件装夹时会产生装夹误差,从而导致齿轮精度检测结果失真。针对该问题,本文以东风格特拉克汽车变速箱有限公司采用的温泽齿轮测量仪为研究对象,建立了包含工件装夹误差的误差补偿模型,研究了工件装夹误差模型,提出了一种工件装夹误差的测量方法,并对装夹误差测量方法及补偿效果进行了试验研究,经验证进行装夹误差补偿后工件测量精度得到明显改善。本文的研究可在较大程度上提升测量仪的使用精度,明显改善工件的测量精度,保证工件测量结果的准确性,对汽车变速箱产品的质量保障具有重要的理论意义与现实价值。
At present,the automotive industry widely uses precision gear measuring instruments to measure the accuracy of automotive gearbox gears.During the measurement process,clamping errors will occur when workpieces are clamped,which will result in distortion of the gear accuracy detection results.Aiming at this problem,this article takes the Wenze gear measuring instrument used by Dongfeng Trak Automotive Transmission Co.,Ltd.as the research object,establishes an error compensation model including the workpiece clamping error,studies the workpiece clamping error model,and proposes a measurement method of the workpiece clamping error,and the experimental research on the measurement method of the clamping error and the compensation effect have been carried out.After verification,the measurement accuracy of the workpiece is significantly improved after the compensation of the clamping error.The research in this article can greatly improve the accuracy of the measuring instrument,significantly improve the measurement accuracy of the workpiece,and ensure the accuracy of the measurement result of the workpiece.It has important theoretical significance and practical value for the quality assurance of automobile gearbox products.
