摘要
以大豆碱炼油为原料,通过不同工艺小试获得脱色油并用返酸方法验证脱色油的酸价稳定性。结果表明:当碱炼油酸价不高于0.20 KOH mg/g、白土添加量为碱炼油质量的2%~3%、脱色温度105~110℃、脱色时间25~30 min时,新白土2次添加或预混添加方式获得的大豆脱色油酸价稳定性比较好。
Decolorized soybean oil was obtained through different process trials with alkali refined soybean oil as raw material and the acid value stability of decolorized soybean oil was verified by acid value and acid reversion method.The results showed that when the acid value of alkali refined soybean oil was not higher than 0.20 KOH mg/g,the addition amount of clay was 2%~3%of the mass of alkali refined soybean oil,the decolorization temperature was 105~110℃,and the decolorization time was 25~30 min,new clay was added twice or premixed,acid value stability of decolorized soybean oil obtained was better.
