摘要
以15个平菇菌株为材料,采用工厂化瓶栽方式,比较不同菌株的生产特性。结果表明:菌丝生长速度以菌株‘黑抗650’和‘P03’较快,接种后19天满瓶比率高,达100%;入出菇室5天现蕾比率以黑抗‘650’和‘P02’较高,分别为68.75%和70.83%;第一潮菇生物学效率以菌株‘4514’和‘黑平8号-2’较高,分别为54.29%和50.22%。鉴于参试菌株第一潮菇生物学效率均不到60%,认为作为工厂化瓶栽菌株使用均不理想。
Using 15 strains of Pleurotus ostreatus as the material, their production characteristics were compared under industrial bottle cultivation. The results showed that ‘Heikang650’ and ‘P03’ had higher mycelia growth rate and proportion of bottle full of mycelia(100%) after inoculation within 19 days, ‘Heikang650’ and ‘P02’ had higher proportion of primordium occurance(68.75% and 70.83% respectively), ‘4514’ and ‘Heiping 8-2’ had higher biological efficiency(54.29% and 50.22% respectively). In conclusion, it is urgent to breed new strains with high yield and better characters, because of low biological efficiency of 15 tested strains of Pleurotus ostreatus for industrial bottle cultivation.
