Research on Diagnosis and Improvement of Teaching Work in Higher Vocational Colleges

目前,如何进行教育改革是教育界关注的话题之一,而进行教学诊改是高职院校教育改革的政治话语体系。当下对于高职院校教学诊断和改进工作的研究数量成果不多,本文主要从教学工作诊断与改进的核心内涵、高职院校教学工作诊断与改进的意义、高职院校教学工作普遍存在的问题、高职院校教学工作诊断与改进的策略进行研讨。

At present,how to carry out education reform is one of the topics concerned by the education circle,and teaching diagnosis reform is the political discourse system of higher vocational education reform.At present,there are not many research results on teaching diagnosis and improvement in higher vocational colleges,this paper focuses on the core connotation of diagnosis and improvement of teaching work,the signif icance of diagnosis and improvement of teaching work in Higher Vocational Colleges,the common problems in teaching work in Higher Vocational Colleges,this paper discusses the diagnosis and improvement strategies of teaching work in higher vocational colleges.
