摘要
品牌专业群作为高职院校发展的命脉,必须进行建设思路的顶层设计,但目前专业群建设思路存在重视但经验不足,立项但思路不清,建设但思路“同质化”、“特色化”、“差异化”不明显,建设与思路“不同步”甚至“不相符”,建设明显滞后,某些“顶层设计”变成一纸空文,或仅是省财政资金的“敲门砖”。因此必须对建设思路科学研究,包括品牌专业群必须精准定位,建设方面包括高水平人才培养模式、构建高水平人才培养体系、高水平教学资源、高水平师资、高水平实践教学、高水平技术研发与应用等方面。
As the lifeblood of the development of Higher Vocational Colleges,the brand specialty group must be designed at the top level of the construction idea,but at present the construction idea of the specialty group has some problems,such as lack of experience and unclear idea,however,the thinking on construction is"homogeneous","featured"and"differentiated",it is not obvious that construction is"out of step"or even"out of line"with the thinking,construction is obviously lagging behind,and some"top-level design"has become a dead letter,or just the province's f inancial capital"stepping stone.".Therefore,it is necessary to make scientif ic research on the construction idea,including the precise positioning of the brand professional group,construction includes high-level personnel training mode,construction of high-level personnel training s ystem,high-level teaching resources,high-level teachers,high-level practical teaching,high-level technology research and development and application.
