粮改饲政策在肉羊养殖中的应用

Application of Grain to Feed Policy in Mutton Sheep Breeding

2015年,中央提出“粮改饲”政策,并累计投入73亿元,支持畜牧养殖户和专业收贮服务组织收贮苜蓿、玉米等优质饲料,把种地和养殖有效结合,既节约肉羊养殖成本,又提高土地生产效益,在一定程度上优化种植业结构,进而开拓种养双赢的局面。自从通渭县实施“粮改饲”政策后,该县确定“为牧而农、农牧循环”的一体化发展思路,逐层推进,以期提高“粮改饲”政策的应用效果。该文对粮改饲政策在肉羊养殖中的应用进行论述。

In 2015,the central government put forward the policy of“grain for feed”,with a total investment of 7.3 billion yuan,supporting livestock farmers and professional organizations in harvesting and storing high-quality feed such as Alfalfa and corn,so as to effectively combine farming and breeding,thus saving the cost of raising meat sheep,it also improves the land production benefit,optimizes the planting structure to a certain extent,and opens up the win-win situation of planting and breeding.Since the implementation of“grain-to-feed”policy in Tongwei County,the county has determined the integrated development idea of“farming for animal husbandry and circulation of agriculture and animal husbandry”,and has promoted it step by step to improve the application effect of“grain-to-feed”policy.This paper discusses the application of grain-to-feed policy in mutton sheep breeding.
