小反刍兽疫病是由小反刍兽疫病毒感染引发的家畜和野生类反刍动物共患的急性传染性疾病,具有发病突然、发病急、发病过程短、致死率高的特点。我国将小反刍兽医病划归为一类重大动物疫病,发生流行后,需要执行严格的扑杀、无害化处理制度,并划定疫区受威胁区域,加强受威胁区域的流行病学调查,掌握羊群抗体水平,并做好紧急免疫接种工作,加强卫生消毒,控制疫情的传播蔓延,确保养殖安全。该文主要结合某地区羊小反刍兽疫病的发生情况,论述疾病的诊断和处置措施。
