猪圆环病毒病是由圆环病毒二型感染引发的一种病毒性传染性疾病,该类疾病属于国家二类疾病,一旦发生流行将会对猪群的生长发育造成不良影响。不同年龄的猪感染病毒后,表现的症状和致死率存在一定差异,年龄越小的猪造成的死亡率越高。猪圆环病毒病属于免疫抑制性疾病,除危害猪群的正常生长发育,造成死亡外,还会攻击猪的免疫系统,造成猪群身体抵抗能力下降,存在免疫空白,易激发感染多种传染性疾病。该文主要论述猪圆环病毒病的流行病学、诊断方法、病理变化,结合养殖场的疫病发生过程制定有效的防控措施。

Porcine circovirus is a viral infectious disease caused by infection with circovirus type 2,a National Class II disease that,if prevalent,can adversely affect the growth and development of pig herds.The symptoms and mortality of infected pigs vary with age,and the younger the pig,the higher the mortality.Porcine circovirus is an immunosuppressive disease,which not only endangers the normal growth and development of pigs and causes death,but also attacks the immune system of Pigs,resulting in the reduction of the body resistance of pigs and the existence of an immune blank,irritability,infection,multiple infectious disease.In this paper,the epidemiology,diagnostic methods and pathological changes of porcine circovirus disease were discussed,and effective prevention and control measures were worked out according to the disease occurrence process in the farm.
